Entry: All divisions: $200.00 - Double entries not accepted 
  • Stabling: $ 125.00
  • Stall Cleaning deposit: $ 25.00 (separate check)
  • Grounds fee: $ 25.00 (non-stabled horses)
  • Camping: $ 20.00/night
  • Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
  • $20=Lost pinny
  • Tack Stall (if available): $125 separate check
  • *Prepay for shavings and have them waiting in stall when you arrive.  Shavings $8/per bag.  Include separate check for shavings when mailing your entry fees.  Save time and prepay and shavings will be delivered to your stall!
 
Refunds: Before Closing Date -Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Competition cancellation - No refund

  • Any changes after Closing Date, $30 office fee. No changes after October 25.

1. Entries

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee.  BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. $20 lost pinny. $25 stall cleaning deposit (enclose separate check): hay & manure removed. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place filled from waiting list by October 18. Changes after C.D. will require a $30 fee. No changes after October 18. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Send copy with entry. Send copy of USEA card for all divisions and USEF card for I and P.

2. Tentative Schedule

Fri: Dressage-noon (Intermediate and Preliminary), Cross-country course open-noon.
Sat: Dressage-8:00 am; Show Jumping-9:30 am (N,BN); Cross-country-12 pm (I,P,T).
Sun: Cross-country-9 am (N,BN), Show Jumping-9 am (I,P,T).

3. Awards

Trophy & 6 ribbons per division. Special awards.

4. Starting Times

Available Tues. Oct. 19, web site: www.hollyhillfarm.net or include stamped self-addressed postcard or envelope.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian

$125/stall from Thursday am to Monday am. 250 stalls on grounds. 60 permanent, 190 portable. $25 stall cleaning deposit required on separate check. Stalls to be left clean, not stripped. $25 grounds fee if not stabled. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. Contact Holly Hill Farm for info. Veterinarian: Benton Animal Hospital. # posted in office.

From I-20: To Shreveport/Bossier City to loop 220 to Hwy 3 North to Benton. In Benton, left at 2nd light on Old Plain Dealing Road. 3 miles Holly Hill Farm on right.

8. Dressage

Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std.  P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test C-Std. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Grass, aerovated.

9. Cross-Country

I-3500 m @ 550 mpm. P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm, All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level; aerovated, sandy soil.

10. Other Information
  • Cross-country course closed Sept. 27.
  • Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
  • Party: Open Reception Friday night
  • Express check-in available for completed entries.
  • Food available on grounds during show.
  • Dogs must be leashed.
  • Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with show secretary will be eliminated.
