Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Any changes after Closing Date, $30 office fee. No changes after October 25. Send copy of USEA for all divisions, & USEF cards for I & P.
Tentative Schedule: Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Competitor briefing 6 pm Sat: Dressage-7:30 am; Show jumping-9:30 am (BN/N); cross country-12 pm (AI/I/P/T). Sun: Cross-country-8 am (N/BN), show jumping-10 am (AI,I,P,T).
Awards: Trophy & 6 ribbons per division. Dressage ribbons. Special awards.
Stabling/Veternarian: $125/stall from Thursday am to Monday am. 200 stalls, 60 permanent, 140 portable stalls. All horses stabled on grounds. $25 stall cleaning deposit required on separate check. Stalls to be left clean, not stripped. $25 grounds fee if not stabled. Stall guards/initial bedding only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. Contact Holly Hill Farm for info. Cross-Country: AI & I-3500 m @ 550 mpm. P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2´7’. All courses-Average, for horses with some experience at this level; aerovated, sandy soil.
Stadium Jumping: Advanced Intermediate (AI), Advanced level, fence height 4'1" speed 375 mpm Other Information: Cross-country course closed MARCH 22. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. You must include birthday and & experience (for horse & rider) information on entry form. If no experience listed, greater assumed. Prize list available from sec´y. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Medical arm bands will be spot checked, any with incorrect information will be eliminated. Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with stabling steward will be eliminated. Absolutely NO underaged/unlincensed drivers of any motorized vehicles will be permitted. Only official vehicles on course during cross country. USEA and USEF membership dues must be paid by credit card or seperate check, and forms completed by competitor.
