Vendor

Vendors may set up Wednesday – Thursday 9:am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:am to noon. Vendors should be in place by noon on Friday. Starting time for all days will be no later than 9:00am. The event should conclude on Sunday by 4:00pm.

Fees

$125 fee for display area rental, which includes a business card ad in Holly Hill Horse Trials program and website listing on the HT Vendors' page.

Contract of Space

In the event of inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, that may cause Holly Hill management to conclude horse trials earlier than scheduled, Holly Hill Farm shall have no liability or obligation to make any refund.

Space Assignment

Space assignments will be accepted with a signed contract and payment for display area. Holly Hill Farm management shall assign all vendor display areas. In the event that show management must reconfigure certain areas, the show management reserves the right to assign alternate space.

Liability

The exhibitor agrees to assume all risks of loss injury, theft, or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof, including goods, merchandise, chattels, papers and business records or other property which may be in or come into the exhibitor's possession during the course of the exhibit and to assume all liability for damage to property, person or persons arising from accidental or other causes incidental to movement and operation of the exhibit area and hereby releases Holly Hill Farms from any liability whatsoever. No items may be sold that are illegal.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Vendors participating in the Holly Hill Horse Trials as evidenced by an authorized signature on the vendor application, agree to abide by all terms and conditions contained in the application. Vendors are responsible for complying with all state tax requirements. Vendors must adhere to all Holly Hill Farm facility rules.

A vendor application must be submitted and accepted prior to arriving on the grounds.
