Entries received after closing date will incur $75 late fee. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from Wait List. No refunds if spot cannot be filled from a wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. No refund on campsite if cancelled within 24 hours of event. Stabling:Grounds fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses). Camping: $30.00/night (separate check). Tack Stall (if available): $155.00 (separate check). Stall deposit fee: $25 separate check. The check will be destroyed if stall is left clean with no manure, hay or wet spots.

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. A USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Changes after C.D. $30, Entries after C.D. $75 late fee. Riders must provide their own cross country number holder. Camping fee $30/night separate check . Register and pay online at evententries.com. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from Wait List. No refunds if spot cannot be filled from a wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. No refund on campsite if cancelled within 24 hours of event. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: Copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry. Any changes after C.D., $30 office fee. Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag delivered to stall. Separate Checks for Camping and Tack Stalls, please! Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times. The event is considered full when all the on grounds stalls are filled. Priority for stalls will be for riders entered in the horse trials and then for tack stalls if there are any stalls available. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee. Stall deposit fee: $25 separate check. The check will be destroyed if stall is left clean with no manure, hay or wet spots.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Friday: Lunch compliments of Serios Feed and Seed- noon. Cross-country course open-3 pm. Welcome Party- 6 pm dinner prepared by our mission group Pick It Forward For Orphans.

Saturday: Dressage (all levels);Show Jumping (I,P & T); Cross-country (N,BN & S).

Sunday: Show Jumping (N,BN & S); Cross-country-(I,P & T).

4. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Stabling/Veterinarian:
$155/stall from Friday am to Monday am. 72 permanent stalls, Brand new 42 stall barn with 12×12 stalls. 170 portable stalls. Stalls are either 12×12, 11x11or 10×10.All horses stabled on grounds. Event is considered full when all on grounds stalls are filled. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Bedding available for purchase. Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag. Test & arena sizes: I-2018 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2018 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Starter-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass; sandy soil. Aerovated. Intermediate may use a sand arena.

7. Cross-Country:

All distances are approximate. I-3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1850 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2’7″. Starter -1400 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2′. Well drained, sand based turf on open pastures with some rolling terrain. Courses are of average difficulty and there are two water obstacles, several banks and ditches that are on some of the courses. Cross-country course closed March 23.

8. Other Information:
Cross-country course closed March 23. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list available from at hollyhillfarm.net. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Medical arm bands will be spot checked, any with incorrect information will be eliminated. Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with stabling steward will be eliminated. Welcome dinner, Friday evening prepared by our event charity, Pick It Forward for Orphans. Welcome lunch, Friday noon sponsored by Serios Feed and Seed and Purina. Required: Vaccinations, Coggins and Health Certificate Information All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competition MUST be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (rhinopneumonitis) within 6 months as well as have a current negative EIA/Coggins test (within 12 months). This is mandatory for every horse entering show grounds. See USEF Rule GR845. Health Certificate needed on all out of state horses.
