NEH Division: $200.00 plus $10 starter fee; $25 office fee. Entries received after closing date: $55 late fee. Stabling: $155.00 (2 bags shavings provided). Includes stabling for Friday through Monday am. NEH stabling: overnight stall $75, shavings provided. Stall Cleaning Deposit: $25.00 (separate check) Check will be destroyed if stall is left clean with hay and manure removed. Grounds Fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses). USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

1. Entries:

NEH riders must be members of the USEA but may be registered as a supporting member. NEH horses must be registered with the USEA but may be registered with limited registration. NEH horses and riders may be registered the day of the competition. NEH horses must be 4 years old or older. NEH Dress: ASTM/SEI approved helmets mandatory at all times while mounted. Dressage Phase: Formal attire preferred. Jumping Phase: Cross Country attire with safety vests. Half chaps allowed. NEH program is suitable for 1st year eventers not competing higher than Novice level or any horse/rider combination that have competed at any NEH recognized show. Horse Trials Divisions: Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA membership (Junior, Full, Life) and Horse Registration (Limited, Full)are required for all Horse Trials levels except Starter.Starter competitors are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and the USEA Starter/D&M/COVID fees do not apply. Changes after C.D. $30, Entries after C.D. $75 late fee. Riders must provide their own cross country number holder. Submitted entries not paid by the closing date will not be included in the ride times. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. 4. Stabling/Veterinarian:

$155/stall (includes shavings) from Friday am thru Monday am. 250 stalls on grounds. 70 permanent, 190 portable. New 42 stall barn with 3 new permanent bathrooms and wash racks. Stall cleaning deposit $25 in separate check. Stalls to be clean, not stripped. $50 grounds fee if not stabled. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase .Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag. Contact Holly Hill Farm for info. Veterinarian: TBA # posted in office.

Test & arena sizes: I-2018 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2018 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN and Starter-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Large- sand arena; Small-grass arena, aerovated. NEH: Young Event Horse (YEH) 4 yr old qualifying dressage test.

7. Cross Country

I-2800 m @ 550 mpm.P-2545 m @ 520 mpm.T- 2455m @ 450 mpm.N-2000 m @ 400 mpm.BN-1989 m @ 350 mpm. max. height 2’7″. Starter-1700 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2′. Well drained, sand based turf on open pastures with some rolling terrain. Courses are of average difficulty and there are two water obstacles, several banks and ditches that are on some of the courses.sandy soil. Cross-country course closed September 27. NEH Jumping: no course shall exceed Beginner Novice specifications.

8. Other Information:

Cross-country course closed September 27. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Party: Complimentary lunch for pick up and take out on Friday sponsored by Serio’s Feed and Purina. We are hoping to be able to have our Welcome Party on Friday evening. Express check-in available for completed entries. Food available on grounds during show. Dogs must be leashed. Anyone moving from assigned stalls without clearing with show secretary will be eliminated. Policy for eliminated riders: If rider is eliminated for a fall of horse and/or rider then they cannot continue to the next phase. If the rider is eliminated for multiple refusals then they cannot continue on to the next phase.Other eliminations such as Technical Elimination will be decided upon by the TD and Organizer and if rider is allowed to continue to next phase they must retire after the first disobedience. Coggins and Vaccination Information: All horses entering the show grounds of a USEF licensed competition MUST be accompanied by documentation showing vaccinations for Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus(rhinopneumonitis) within 6 months as well as a current negative EIA/Coggins test( within 12 months) . See USEF Rule GR845. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT FEDERATION RULE BOOK WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH.” Further information regarding the New Event Program:
